Size's
Checked size chart to make sure I was ordering the right size ,but when I received them they were far to small .I was expecting a company that says one size and sticks to it especially one that caters for the larger size.very dissatisfied. Tried getting in touch but did not recognise my E mail address.
Very poor customer service - very slow refunds
This company take forever to refund your money, customer service is terrible. Automated response to your e mails and then 3/4 days to respond, this is the same company as UPTHEIR which appeared on Dragons Den - you would expect better!!!!!
There are plenty of companies that can supply bigger range clothes, i would suggest you google them.
Non existent customer service - no refund yet
ordered a pair of chinos in December which were delivered quite quickly but not great quality or fit so I decided to send them back. went online to check returns procedure and the system wanted to charge 3.95. I tried several ways to contact them to check how to return but no joy. I sent the chinos back by signed delivery at my own cost but slightly less than they were going to charge but after 1 month, no refund, no confirmation in fact no response whatsoever. tired calling and every available phone option says "due to extreme volume of calls blah-blah-blah send email....tried emailing but no response after a week... instagram...no response at all.. BC4U...is there anyone actually there???
extremely poor customer experience so far. I won't use again. will probably need to write-off my expected refund. total shambles. avoid...it ain't worth it.
Update: email from "Ash" - return in warehouse, refund due within 28days..

Very poor experience. Don't bother.
I bought jeans for my very tall slim son from this site, and it was a bad experience. Order was slow to arrive, jeans were poor quality and my son didn’t like them, so I returned them. Like others on here have said, getting my refund took weeks, the advertised “free returns” weren’t free. And it was impossible to speak to someone about my refund, and three emails went unanswered.
I subsequently bought jeans from 2tall, and it was a much better experience. I called and actually spoke to someone who was helpful regarding sizing. Placed an order that was dispatched within a couple of hours, and the free delivery took 2 days. The jeans were better quality and my son said he actually liked them, which is a miracle, so I kept 2 of the 3 pairs, and returned the third (there was a free returns label in the bag). I got an email 2 days after I’d posted it saying that it had been refunded.
The difference between the two companies was like night and day.

awaiting far to long for a refund on…Return not "FREE"
awaiting far to long for a refund on garments returned. The "FREE" returns label was free to print and then had to pay postage ............ hardly free. I was informed by a person named Ash via email that it was in progress. I am still waiting for my refund.
Communication is abysmal and not contact via telephone. I would not recommend or use this company. Interestingly on Dragons Den recently they declined to invest...... interesting!!!!

Two week ago ordered i coat
Two week ago ordered i coat with a 48 hour delivery time . I was hoping to get the coat for the weekend, but that has long come and gone . Have emailed but no joy . Now asked for a refund. It like waiting for snow in Hawaii. I am very disappointed!! Money has been taken but still no coat. Not a happy customer !!!

So I bought two jackets different sizes to try, and I only actually needed one, I arranged a return and this was the worst part, I had to pay for a digital label, and then it was not too straight farward yo find a drop off point.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Honestly if I could give minus 1 star I would. Very poor company, ordered a jacket from this company about 8 weeks ago, it did not fit so I sent it back 2 days after I received it. This was delivered back to them on the 12th of December, and I have proof of delivery !! Now 2 months later and still no refund. Not even any correspondence that they are processing the refund. Almost 6 weeks and I have not got my money back and it was not exactly a cheap jacket. Besides the point, this company just does not have any morals. I truly wish I looked at the reviews before buying. I would like to add, their customer service is appalling. Every time I call the phone it is always ‘busy’. Definitely not they just do not want to face the customers they are not refunding. No replies to any of my emails, and as I can see from the reviews I am not the only person to have experienced this. by the seems of things they do not respond to bad reviews only the good ones. One last thing I cannot believe, is that the owner can appear on dragons den whilst not refunding me my money and probably many others, how embarrassing for him.
Poor refunds and returns
On 5th Jan I started my process for returns. Two sets of trousers and two sets of suit jacket. My tracker showed that the courier delivered this to the big clothing warehouse on the 11 Jan. After couple of emails to enquire I was informed by a person named Ash via email that it takes 28 days to process the refund. Which is absolutely shocking. I am still waiting for my refund. I highly would NOT recommend this company. I would also suggest any communication with them is done via email, as phone line is always busy.

be careful with this company! I ordered a pair of trousers which i returned using their return document and paid for the carriage. the hub I used was the Texaco garage on Traffic Street in Derby. I asked for a receipt but the guy there said that i would get a confirmation EMAIL with an hour. No email, BC4U deny receiving them back.

Where is my refund????
I returned my order which was delivered to Big Clothing 4 U on the 9th of January. I have been in contact to chase my refund which is something that, as a customer, I shouldn't have to do. As a customer I paid for items which were delivered to me and, as per the store terms and conditions, I have returned the items in the same condition they were delivered. Why can't Big Clothing 4 U refund my money???? After emailing customer service several times, their last response was that someone would chase my refund with the returns department whicj clearly must be overwhelmed considering the number of bad reviews you can find here and on Google reviews about customer still waiting for their refunds after months. My advise, don't bother.

I only gave one star as it’s the minimum you can give. Item was described as full lined only the hood was lined, I started the return process to find the free returns advertised are incorrect you have to pay the carrier yourself they say they will refund cost l received confirmation they had received the item back then nothing had to contact PayPal to chase my money ended up they made me an offer less than the product cost. Please avoid using this company much better options on the net.

Returned an order on 16th Dec 2022, as of today, 20th Jan still waiting for a refund. Customer service is a joke, just constantly tells you lines are busy and i have had no reply to 4 emails

Absolutely love the clothing for you they are an incredible company and I’ve never found a plus size clothing brand that does it as good as they do I highly recommend for all big guys and girls this is truly the best fate and most comfortable clothing I’ve ever had in terms of clothing for plus size people

Amazing service
Amazing service , great communication , great advise the website is very easy to use and the range of products is fantastic , what I love is the hands on approach the owner Ben is on hand at all times and has built a great team he is involved with , it’s great to buy things not available on the high street from a website and get a personal service , we will be back
